You can be reassured that your child will be looked after by highly qualified professionals who work together as a team to provide a high standard of care and education to the children in their charge.
The Nursery Manager is a qualified Early Years Teacher with 15 years experience. Our Nursery Officers are qualified to level 3 and Nursery Assistants to at least level 2. All our staff hold Emergency 'First Aid for Children' qualifications, Foundation Certificates in Food Hygiene and are trained in Child Protection Awareness. We believe learning does not stand still and offer regular training opportunities to our staff.
Our key worker system
Your child will be allocated a member of staff, their ‘key worker’, who will help them settle into nursery and support them on a daily basis. Your child’s key worker will lease with you about your child on a regular basis.
Any Concerns?
If you have any concerns about your child, or the care they are receiving you may discuss these with your key worker, or directly with the nursery manager. Parental views and concerns are respected and acknowledged.
